Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring at diverse organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate assessment strategies.
