Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Operation Coordinator to be based in the Operations Team. To coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation. Working within clear guidelines to help manage individual performance of your team in order to drive operational standardization and delivery of key objectives. To support operative teams to deliver their results following the standards.

In this Operation Coordinator position you will

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lead daily BBS checks, and promptly investigate incidents.
• Manage inbound, picking, and outbound processes to meet service targets, including task allocation and resource planning.
• Track KPIs such as productivity, quality, attendance, and overtime; conduct reviews and drive accountability.
• Lead onboarding and training through the Excellence School framework; promote upskilling and recognition.
• Encourage improvement initiatives using First Choice tools and share best practices to enhance operations.
• Adhere to company procedures, DHL’s 6-Step Security Framework, and local regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while managing change and pressure effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and collaborate across teams.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts, interpreting performance data, and making informed decisions.
• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics environments with a proactive, results-driven, and adaptable mindset.
