Responsibilities

• Develop and produce motion graphics and video content for diverse media platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and create visual solutions.
• Transform complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand animated content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in motion graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Work within brand guidelines to create consistent, on-brand visuals.
• Manage timelines and meet deadlines for multiple projects and deliverables.
• Communicate ideas effectively and proactively present new design concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional and educational content.
• Maintain a catalog of video and image resources, including templates and style guides.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Provide creative input on layout, style, and project objectives during post-production editing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to express artistic vision.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of motion graphics projects.
