As a Monetisation Manager, you will support the strategy team in identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities across the user and customer funnel. You will be required to combine analytical strength with a deep understanding of how to turn user behaviour and funnel performance into actionable commercial levers.

In this role, you will:

  • Revenue Opportunity Analysis: Identify monetisation levers and areas of commercial opportunity across platforms, focusing on pricing strategy, upselling, packaging, and user conversion
  • Conversion Funnel Performance: Monitor and analyse the commercial funnel (visitor to lead, lead to paying client, upgrade rates, etc.) to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities
  • Conversion Optimisation Strategy: Recommend and support implementation of A/B tests or funnel improvements in collaboration with Product, Marketing, BI and Sales - ensuring strategic alignment
  • Insights & Reporting: Build business cases, forecasts, and dashboards to evaluate initiative impact and funnel health. Collaborate closely with BI and Data teams
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Act as the monetisation bridge between Strategy, Sales, BI, Product, and Marketing - ensuring the commercial lens is integrated into feature rollouts and campaigns
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support larger monetisation projects, including new pricing models, tiered offerings, and promotional mechanics


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in monetisation, strategy, commercial optimisation or related roles, preferably in digital platforms, marketplaces, or classifieds
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), funnel diagnostics, and commercial A/B testing
  • Experience working with pricing and packaging strategies
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Exposure to marketplace or classifieds business models
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings
  • Business-savvy and user-centric thinker who can balance commercial objectives with customer experience
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
