Marketing Manager Temporary

Were working with a leading global events & exhibitions company behind some of the worlds most prestigious and high-impact industry gatherings. Their flagship aerospace event, hosted in Dubai, is one of the largest platforms for aviation, space, and defense, connecting global industry leaders and shaping the future of aerospace.

They are now urgently hiring a Marketing Manager on a 3-month fixed contract (until end of November). The ideal candidate should already be on a valid UAE visa and ready to join immediately.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, youll take the lead on brand, content, and PR strategies to elevate international reach and engagement. This role is at the heart of a fast-paced, global marketing campaign covering brand storytelling, digital campaigns, PR, partnerships, and event support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PR activities, media engagement, press releases, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Drive social media strategy and content across platforms with strong storytelling.
• Oversee brand and creative identity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Develop engaging copy for campaigns, digital platforms, and communication materials.
• Plan and execute content strategies to attract and retain global audiences.
• Manage partnerships, influencers, and ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, PR, or events.
• Must have hands-on experience managing social media and branding strategies.
• Strong skills in content strategy, media relations, and editorial planning.
• Excellent copywriting and brand storytelling ability.
• Proven experience managing large campaigns and working under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and execution-focused.
• Must have a valid UAE visa and be available to start immediately.
