Job Description

The Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategies of a company. This position is responsible for overseeing the marketing department, creating impactful and innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of these plans to meet the company's goals. Responsibilities

  • Enhance brand positioning to increase company's market presence and penetrate new markets.
  • Nurture strong relationships with external marketing agencies and partners.
  • Evaluate and improve the external communications and digital presence of the company.
  • Train and develop marketing team members to ensure skill advancement and professional growth.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and respond proactively to market movement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing teams and developing marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with budgeting and allocating resources effectively within a marketing environment.
