Manual Tester (225-1004)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Manual Tester, you will be crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they reach our consumers. You will work closely with the development team and other QA members to identify and report any issues, ensuring that the end product is free of errors and delivers effective and efficient functionality. Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for various software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and issues to the development team.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution phases.
• Ensure that test scenarios effectively cover positive and negative testing conditions.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve any identified issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of testing phases, conditions, and outcomes for reporting.
• Update and maintain test documentation for reference and future testing activities.
• Provide feedback on the usability and functionality of software products to improve user experience.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or in a quality assurance role.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking software is advantageous.
