Job Description

The Manager - Client Relationship is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base through exceptional relationship management skills. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong customer-oriented approach, capable of understanding client needs and developing solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will oversee a team dedicated to providing top-notch service and support, ensuring that clients receive personalized attention and prompt responses to their queries. By fostering meaningful relationships and aligning client strategies with business objectives, the Manager - Client Relationship plays a critical part in achieving the company's growth targets and maintaining its competitive edge in the marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee and guide the client relationship team in their day-to-day operations.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints by facilitating effective communication and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze client feedback and industry trends to improve client service strategies.
  • Create and implement client engagement plans to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure they receive regular and comprehensive updates.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client progress and relationship metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments and inform clients accordingly.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support commercial objectives and client acquisition.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their client management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or relevant managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in using technology for client management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
