Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the supply chain operations of our company. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely placement of orders, as well as maintain a seamless logistical workflow. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with supply chain processes and cost-efficiency optimization are essential attributes for success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Utilize internal systems to track orders and oversee logistics activities.
  • Manage inventory levels and track shipments to optimize purchase orders.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and logistic partners.
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase and delivery documentation.
  • Monitor logistics operations for compliance with industry regulations.
  • Generate required reports for logistics and supply chain metrics analysis.
  • Resolve any arising issues or complaints related to logistics operations.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost-control activities to achieve financial objectives.
  • Evaluate performance data and suggest improvements to logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar position for 2+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and logistics procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required.
  • Superior communication skills for seamless coordination with teams and partners.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
