About The Role

The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and its a very important part of the business. This lovely bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day.

Theyre special, theyre strong-willed, and they work on a lot of different areas (which isnt that common for an in-house role, we know, but theyre just that good). From structuring credit programmes to launching into new territories, the Legal team does it all.

We hire both generalists (typically corporate/commercial solicitors) as well as specialists (such as compliance), alongside operations analysts, who are all responsible to make Revolut grow. Now its your turn to wow us.

Youll work on some of the most exciting and challenging legal issues that impact fast-growing, disruptive fintech companies. Youll be joining a dedicated part of the legal team thats responsible for responding to high-priority, complex and, sometimes sensitive topics. But who doesnt love a good challenge?

What Youll Be Doing

  • Supporting product and expansion teams with new market and product launches
  • Assisting with licensing applications, policies, and corporate governance
  • Reviewing and assisting with the drafting of corporate documents, commercial agreements, affiliate agreements, and third-party agreements in relation to Revolut’s products and services
  • Assisting with drafting, planning, and implementing policies across business units and regions
  • Supporting the legal team with regulatory filings, governance tasks, and business initiatives
  • Leading document management and other administrative tasks for the legal department
  • Documenting legal know-how and assisting with internal knowledge sharing
  • Advising on legal issues related to the launch of products like payments and trading

What Youll Need

  • Qualification as a lawyer in a common-law jurisdiction
  • 4+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house environment
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence managing high volumes of legal documentation
  • Interest in using technology to improve legal processes
  • Demonstrated independence, initiative, and sound decision-making
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and get hands-on when needed

Nice to have

  • Fintech experience
  • Regulatory experience
  • Fluency in Arabic
