The Key Account Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position supports the account management team by handling client inquiries, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service plans.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and opportunities.
  • Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account activity.
  • Support client onboarding processes by coordinating necessary resources.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a client support or account management role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
