Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the success of our major client accounts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retaining their business. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building strong, long-lasting customer partnerships and leveraging them to deliver strategic solutions that meet client needs while aligning with our company's objectives. You will work collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and the realization of customer business goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients promptly and actively.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions as per client needs.
  • Build, lead, and nurture key account management plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to key accounts.
  • Measure the performance of accounts and initiate improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advocate client needs and work closely with product management and development teams.
  • Understand industry trends and maintain excellent product knowledge.
  • Regularly engage in touchpoints with key account clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
