Job Description

The Key Account Associate plays a pivotal role within the organization, serving as the main point of contact between the company and its key clients. The primary objective of this role is to build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. The Key Account Associate needs to possess strong analytical skills to understand the clients' needs, market trends, and the dynamics of client businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey the company's offerings and negotiate contracts that benefit both the client and the company. Additionally, the Key Account Associate is instrumental in coordinating with various internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet client needs.
  • Understand and anticipate client requirements, providing tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated timelines.

  • Monitor client performance metrics and report on account status regularly.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients promptly and efficiently.
  • Generate new business opportunities with existing clients to enhance growth.
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and progress.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Associate or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure mutual benefits in contracts.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite for managing accounts.
