As a Junior Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing our company's relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with our products and services, while also identifying new opportunities for business development. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the clients' specific needs. You will work under the guidance of a senior account executive or manager, providing support in complex negotiations and strategic discussions. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and supporting key client accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions effectively and timely.
  • Contribute to sales presentations and product demonstrations to align client requirements.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities with existing client accounts.
  • Monitor market trends to provide insights that enhance client discussions and strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and report on key metrics regularly.
  • Participate in negotiations to renew contracts and agreements with optimal outcomes.
  • Provide post-sales support and manage escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the management of the billing process to ensure timely payments and reconciliation.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to foster relationships and network opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Competent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.
