Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by promoting and selling our comprehensive range of IT products and solutions. You'll need to engage with prospective clients, understand their unique needs, and provide effective solutions to meet those demands. By taking charge of the entire sales process, from initial contact through negotiation to closing the deal, you will help our organization build long-lasting relationships and achieve its sales targets. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest IT trends and product developments to provide informed advice to our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to refine sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations customized to client's requirements.
  • Create and negotiate offers and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales performance.
  • Coordinate with the delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Stay current with IT industry trends and competitive products.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve sales tactics and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to inform and adapt sales strategies and approaches.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance company visibility.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products and services for effective client interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, specifically in the IT industry and solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding and interest in IT products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks within the industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
