Job Description

As an Inside IT Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our organization by managing and developing relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client accounts, and promoting our range of IT solutions and services. Your ability to understand client needs, paired with your technical knowledge, will enable you to provide tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements. You should be a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Your role will also involve collaborating with our marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention, thus fostering long-term relationships that drive sales success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities through comprehensive client needs analysis.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions and services to clients, effectively outlining benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate and competitive pricing proposals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to uncover additional sales opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and report on all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve sales techniques and outcomes.
  • Gather client feedback to guide product development and service improvements.
  • Attend and participate in sales training events and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical sales experience.
  • Strong ability to understand and demonstrate IT product offerings effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software for managing sales processes and client data.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced sales environment.
