Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for effectively closing sales, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships via telephone communication. Your key objective will be to convert potential leads into loyal clients by providing them with exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills, perseverance, and a passion for sales. You will work closely with the sales team, offering insights and strategies to boost sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to present and sell products.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain customer records with complete and accurate information for future reference.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
  • Meet or exceed predefined sales targets on a consistent monthly basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales processes and customer contact information.
  • Respond to customer queries quickly and thoroughly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on customer demands and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product presentations and reach more customers.
  • Keep updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed services.
  • Handle customer issues with tact and professionalism to resolve them swiftly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident telephone voice.
  • Ability to learn about products and services to convey information convincingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to manage customer records efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities is advantageous.
