Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies, optimizing product offerings, and elevating customer experiences. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in ideating and executing innovation initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product or process innovation.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the organization.

  • Create metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on innovation processes.
  • Present innovation proposals and updates to senior management and executives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on innovation and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced innovation environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving innovative initiatives to implementation.
