HVAC Supervisor (225-820)

An HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians in daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in HVAC system installation and repair.
• Proven supervisory experience with a team-oriented management style.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools, software, and equipment diagnostics.
