Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The HR Manager will serve as a link between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other HR-related issues. They are responsible for overseeing all HR functions and creating a productive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Their efforts are aimed at ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains the highest caliber of employees. Their strategic mindset enables them to lead a team that implements efficient HR systems to improve employee satisfaction and drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure qualified candidates are selected.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain a pay plan and benefits program in line with industry standards and company budget.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that meet needs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and keep abreast of labor legislation.
  • Cultivate a positive working environment to enhance employee satisfaction and company culture.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HR processes and records according to company policy.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases for effective HR management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is required.
