Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and company culture within our organization. This position is integral in ensuring that all human resource operations run smoothly and effectively, to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. You will lead and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. With a focus on fostering a positive workplace environment, the HR Manager will work closely with department heads to understand the organization’s goals and align HR strategies accordingly. Your ability to innovate, guide, and contribute towards the growth of the company will help drive success and sustain a productive and motivated workforce.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives and goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain talent.
  • Oversee the performance management system and provide guidance to improve employee output.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date employment documentation.
  • Design and execute training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and concerns with a fair approach.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and plan workforce requirements and allocations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to foster an open culture.
  • Develop compensation and benefits policies ensuring they are competitive in the market.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to strengthen workplace equality and belonging.
  • Develop and manage budgets for human resources operations and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, including employment standards.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a proven record in managing HR teams and projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing human resource processes efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
