As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and enhancing our HR operations and strategies. Your primary goal will be the development and execution of HR programs and policies that align with our organizational objectives. You will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on a wide array of HR matters. In this role, you will manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, ensuring a diverse and dynamic workforce that drives our business forward. Furthermore, you will nurture a positive work environment, fostering open communication and a culture that promotes employee growth and satisfaction. Drawing from your extensive HR expertise and leadership skills, you will spearhead initiatives to cultivate a performance-driven workplace, implement employee development programs, and navigate complex employee relations issues. You will also collaborate with department heads to ensure all HR processes are efficient and compliant with applicable laws and regulations, while also optimizing our talent management strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent in the industry.

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll administration and benefits programs.
  • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance productivity.

  • Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and report on workforce analytics to guide HR decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Manage the annual budget and resources for HR projects and initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in an HR management role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices nationwide.
  • Proven track record in managing recruitment and talent development activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with HR software, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
