Job Description

The HR Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle a variety of issues that employees face. As an HR Manager, you will lead a professional HR team while supporting and enhancing the development of the company's culture, policies, and systems. You are expected to foster a positive working environment that encourages growth and productivity. The HR Manager plays a critical part in aligning the human resources strategy with the business goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of procedures.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program according to employee needs.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs effectively.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management activities.
  • Promote a harmonious work environment through organizing corporate programs.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Actively support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in other HR executive role.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and advanced reporting.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including HRIS management systems.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and principles.
