We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a strong desire to grow within the HR field. You will assist with various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, processing employee requests, and coordinating HR projects. Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases regularly.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
  • Answer employee queries regarding HR-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in employee orientation and explain HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between HR and employees to promote positive relations.
  • Compile reports on HR activities and employee statistics for management review.
  • Organize and maintain records of disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
  • Support the HR team in the implementation of projects and policy initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations concerning labor laws and HR practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications is required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationships.
