Job Description

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This position demands a detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, facilitate onboarding processes, and maintain employee records. You will have the opportunity to interact with employees at all levels, enhancing workplace relationships and contributing positively to the company culture. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with recruitment processes, coordinate training sessions, and support our performance evaluation programs. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and prepare onboarding materials for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as necessary.
  • Support the administration of payroll and resolve any related issues promptly.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Participate actively in performance review and employee evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve employee grievances and administrative issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and assist in policy formulation.
  • Assist HR managers in crafting HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Prior experience as an HR Assistant or related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information seamlessly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
