The HR & Admin Officer role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. This position encompasses a blend of human resource management tasks and administrative responsibilities, playing a crucial part in fostering a productive workplace. The HR & Admin Officer is tasked with developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, and managing employee relations while also handling administrative duties such as facility management and record-keeping. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate interviews and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and job performance.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes to maintain harmony.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
  • Monitor and evaluate organizational performance and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits of administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee facility management, including office space allocation and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage budget allocations for HR initiatives and office administration expenses.
  • Organize company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are covered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar HR and administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and human resource best practices is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in HR software applications and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
