Howard is seeking an experienced Hotel Director of Accounting (Contractor) to lead the accounting function of a hotel or resort. This role will oversee financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

We are looking for a strategic finance leader with a proven track record in hospitality, able to partner closely with executive leadership and drive strong financial performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality finance/accounting.
• Leadership background at top global hotel brands (Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Accor).
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
