We’re hiring a Sales Manager on behalf of a fast-growing, premium Dubai brokerage with a reputation for integrity and excellence. Your mission? Build and lead a team of high-impact real estate professionals and make your mark on one of the most competitive markets in the world.

What You’ll Do


  • Recruit and onboard agents, align them with KPIs, and get them market-ready.
  • Coach and mentor your team to hit sales targets, improve conversion rates, and close high-value deals.
  • Strategize and optimize: Manage pipeline allocation across segments, track progress, and adjust team focus.
  • Support complex deals: Step in for high-stakes negotiations and ensure full RERA/DLD compliance.
  • Create repeatable performance loops: Build coaching routines, instill CRM discipline, and surface actionable market insights.


Who You Are


  • Proven leader in UAE real estate (off-plan, secondary, or commercial)
  • Networked and influential: Able to bring experienced and performing agents
  • Strategic thinker: Strong understanding of market trends, launches, pricing, and ROI narratives
  • Coach at heart: Able to develop talent, enforce standards, and hold your team accountable
  • Regulatory-ready: Valid RERA/DLD broker card (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Dubai or UAE-based with your own car and fluent in English (additional languages a bonus)
