Whats the role?

We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales, and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.

What does the role involve?

As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.

Our Professional Sales Onboarding Program prepares all new sales employees ideally for their job in the first few months - this includes not only several weeks of training but also individual coaching on the job.

What You Need Is

• A Bachelor’s degree; an Engineering degree is a plus
• Proficiency in English & Arabic – written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
• A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
• A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude
