About This Role
We are hiring a Head of Commercial to lead and execute the end-to-end commercial strategy for a new digital telco brand launching in the MENA region. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct accountability for revenue growth, pricing strategy, customer value management (CVM), and commercial partnerships.
As a key member of the founding country leadership team, you will shape the brand’s commercial engine from the ground up, including building the offers, bundles, and monetisation strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability in a highly competitive digital environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the commercial strategy and execution: Design and execute the commercial roadmap, from pricing architecture and CVM strategies to growth modeling and competitive differentiation
- Develop compelling product offers: Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the Circles Global Digital Advisory & Support Services (“DASS”) Strategy and Value Proposition teams to create customer-centric propositions, plans, and bundles aligned with market needs, digital habits, and unit economics
- Revenue and profitability ownership: Build business models, track commercial performance, and own P&L levers to ensure the delivery of strong topline growth and margin discipline, in alignment with commercial targets committed
- Lead pricing and monetization: Establish dynamic pricing strategies based on behavioral insights, market benchmarks, and testing (e.g., conjoint analyses, pricing ladder)
- Lead commercial negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations with partners, payment providers, and digital ecosystem players
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure commercial goals are embedded across GTM plans and digital journeys
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership or strategic roles in telco (B2C), digital consumer services, or B2C tech businesses.
- Proven track record in launching or scaling digital-first propositions in B2C markets
- Deep understanding of B2C telco P&L levers, pricing strategy, CVM, and monetization models, including tiered plans, bundling, freemium / upsell, and partner-based go-to-market planning and execution
- Experience working across cross-functional squads, with strong influence over product, marketing, finance, and channel operations
- MENA experience is strongly preferred; understanding of regulatory dynamics and customer behavior in the region is a plus.
- Operated in fast-paced, greenfield or high-growth environments, ideally in MENA.
- Sharp strategic thinker with the execution mindset of a builder, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize, and deliver commercial impact for the business
