Job Description

The Guest Services Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at our establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that all guest interactions are handled professionally and with a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They will act as a liaison between guests and various departments, ensuring that guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and to their satisfaction. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for helping others, and a strong commitment to upholding our brand standards and values.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, providing accurate information about facilities and services.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly, striving to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are immaculate.
  • Assist with booking reservations and arranging any special guest requests seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring information confidentiality and security.
  • Provide suggestions on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options for guests.
  • Organize and confirm transportation services as requested by guests efficiently.
  • Assist with event planning, ensuring all guest requirements are met professionally.
  • Initiate follow-up communication with guests regarding their stay satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, delivering top-tier service and amenities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to handle guest concerns effectively.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Flexible work schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
