Guest Service Associate - F&B Service (225-1003)

As a Guest Service Associate in Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your main role is to ensure the satisfaction of diners by providing courteous, consistent, and knowledgeable service. Your enthusiasm for customer interaction and attention to detail will help you excel in this position. You will play a crucial role in reinforcing the restaurant's reputation for excellence by providing prompt and efficient service. Collaborating with the kitchen and management team, you will help uphold the quality and presentation of the items served. You are the face of our service and will be in constant interaction with guests, resolving any queries or issues they have while helping to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly as they enter the venue.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guests are seated.
• Address guest queries regarding menu items and make recommendations.
• Monitor guests’ needs and provide attentive service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest complaints responsibly and escalate them to management if necessary.
• Manage the processing of payments promptly and correctly using POS systems.
• Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of dining areas for service.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to meet guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure health standards.
• Participate in regular training and meetings to stay informed on service protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in F&B service.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good physical stamina required for standing and moving during shifts.
• Basic understanding of dining etiquette and service procedures.
• Capability to multitask and remain calm under pressure or during busy periods.
