The role of a Guest Relations & Business Development Executive is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service while simultaneously driving business growth. This dual-faceted position demands a balance between creating positive experiences for guests and pursuing strategies that foster business expansion. As a key player in the hospitality and business sectors, you will be responsible for managing guest interactions, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. At the same time, you will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.

  • Prepare and present reports on guest satisfaction and business development activities.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in guest relations or business development roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as required.
