A Guest Relations Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring that customers and clients feel valued and appreciated throughout their experience. This position mainly involves providing top-notch customer service, managing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience. The Guest Relations Assistant works closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistently meets guest expectations. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to guests to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs and expectations.
  • Ensure guest information is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
  • Facilitate check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and friendliness.
  • Handle complaints and concerns to guest satisfaction proactively.
  • Assist guests with special requests and personalized service requests.
  • Develop positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area of high quality.
  • Monitor social media and other channels for guest feedback actively.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required regularly.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment with a positive track record.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Friendly and empathetic attitude towards guests and team interactions.
