Responsibilities

Monitor social media and other channels for guest feedback actively.

Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service environment with a positive track record.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns efficiently.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Friendly and empathetic attitude towards guests and team interactions.
