The scope of the role will focus on incentive plans management and in particular be the custodian of SIP policy and its governance across BUs and locations, and to guarantee a continuous and effective link between strategic design and operational execution of incentive plan.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Performance Monitoring & Payout Validation
  • Audit KPI data and detect discrepancies or anomalies
  • Run payout calculations against actual performance
  • Monitor scheme adherence
  • Analytics, Reporting, and Insights
  • Centralize performance, practices, individual plans and payout data across BUs
  • Conduct cross-BU effectiveness analysis and pay for performance correlation
  • Evaluate whether incentives appropriately reflect both individual and team contributions
  • Simulate financial impact and coordinate with Finance teams.
  • Stakeholder Liaison and Support
  • Serve as primary contact for SIP-related queries and exceptions.
  • Enable stakeholders on SIP process and principles to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Prepare any report and cases to be addressed by the Sales Incentive Committee
  • Risk Mitigation and Compliance Assurance
  • Ensure SIPs comply with risk standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor cases related inappropriate behaviors, low performance or unintended incentives.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions for audit and monitoring.
  • Annual Review & Plan Design Support
  • Collect, analyze and provide feedback for annual SIP enhancements.
  • Summarize lessons learned and year-end performance insights.
  • Support next-cycle planning based on data and feedback.
  • Incentive and Rewards Programs
  • Connect insights with other Total Rewards components
  • Contribute within Total Reward Team in delivering engaging and cost effective programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent desirable.
  • 5 years mini. Experience: Sales Operations or Sales performance management experience or Finance or Business Analytics
