Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • Proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and pursue goals proactively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Solid understanding of international trade and customs processes.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and regulatory compliance.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
