Your day to day

  • Reservations Management
    • Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy in bookings, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
    • Manage group and individual reservations, including special requests, VIP arrangements, and long-stay requirements.
    • Ensure all reservations are entered correctly in the system with updated rates, availability, and policies.
Revenue & Sales Support

  • Support revenue management strategies by monitoring booking pace, market trends, and demand patterns.
  • Assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting packages.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to convert leads, group bookings, and special events.

Team Leadership

  • Train, guide, and supervise reservations agents to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain excellent communication with guests, handling queries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
  • Ensure VIP guests and repeat customers receive personalized reservation service.
  • Support smooth check-in/check-out processes by coordinating with Front Office and other departments.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservations, cancellations, and room occupancy trends.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and hotel policies.
  • Provide feedback to management on system improvements and process enhancements.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in reservations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS / CRS or other hotel reservation systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
