Food and Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and other food service establishments to ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining health and safety standards, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, with a deep understanding of food and beverage trends.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all F&B operations across outlets.

• Hire, train, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff.

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue.

• Address customer complaints and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams.

• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training.

• Prepare budgets, control costs, and forecast future F&B needs.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of food service management and operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
