Job Description

A Van Sales Executive is responsible for selling products directly from a company vehicle to customers in a designated route. This role requires traveling to different locations to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships. The Van Sales Executive must have excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of the products or services being sold. This position involves managing inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have a knack for negotiating and closing sales deals.


Van Sales Executive:

  • Drive company van to designated locations for sales activities.
  • Pitch products/services to potential customers and close sales deals.
  • Maintain and update customer database with sales activities.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage inventory levels in the van and replenish stock as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed set sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize overall sales performance.
  • Ensure the van is well-maintained and presentable at all times.


Van Sales Executive:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Valid UAE driver's license (manual) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
