Responsibilities:
Develop, draft, and negotiate subcontracts for diverse projects within strategic guidelines.
Ensure compliance with both company policies and external regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontracts throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to oversee the contract review process.
Establish management procedures to track subcontracts from initiation to completion.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve contractual issues effectively.
Analyze market trends to optimize subcontractor performance and cost efficiency.
Conduct audits and ensure documentation and records are meticulously maintained.
Provide training and mentoring to junior team members on subcontract administration.
Report to senior management on contract status, issues, and recommended actions.
Refine subcontract processes for improvements in efficiency and responsiveness.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to better subcontract management practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in subcontract management or procurement.
Proven experience with negotiation and contract drafting in a high-paced environment.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting subcontracts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed contract decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software tools.
