Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring company financial goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and best accounting practices.
  • Process payroll, tax payments, and other related employee financial matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate and maintain office administrative systems and processes efficiently.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Provide support in the preparation of project proposals and funding applications.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to optimize fiscal efficiency.
  • Support human resource functions such as benefits administration and recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in financial management or related administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
