Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a crucial part of the sales force responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales deals.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet designated sales targets within assigned geographical territories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Generate and submit regular sales reports to management for review.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Competency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
