What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Finance Business Partnering – Fabric Cleaning Arabia Business

You Are The Owner Of E2E P&L For Fabric Cleaning Arabia Business Acting As a Mini-CFO, Demonstrating Independent Decision Making And Value Driver To Your Key Stakeholders (Marketing, SC, CSP, R&D), The Job Requires As a Minimum To

  • Be an effective Finance Business partner and trusted finance advisor to assist the Finance Manager and the Arabia HC Team to drive performance management, decision support, strategy formulation and strategy into action.
  • Co-lead and drive BU discussions to ensure business objectives are delivered OTIF.
  • Prepare the various ad-hoc analysis for Business Group Meetings; prepare rolling forecasts and business plans for the business.
  • Co-lead and drive Pricing Framework for the category in the geographical scope to ensure profitability and growth based on intended market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CSP, R&D, and Supply Chain teams on value creation opportunities (business cases) – offering financial recommendations aligned with business objectives for Fabric Cleaning Arabia business
  • Analyse P&L movements, identify discrepancies, and recommend actions to meet financial goals
  • Manage month end activities and assist the Finance manager with S&OP decks & forecast submissions.
  • Actively contribute to key business meetings (e.g., BGT meetings, S&OP meetings, Innoflex meetings), offering financial insights and supporting preparation in alignment with commercial teams.
  • Provide timely support to PTAB and local finance teams on BU performance and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Lead overall finance process related to category agenda, including but not limited to Pricing and Financial Master Data management
  • Upload Price Structures, Approve Activity Proposal submitted by CSP/Marketing in Unify. Assign Product Hierarchies to new SKUs.
  • Do post launch evaluations for key innovations whether the delivery is on-track.

Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering – Home Care Arabia

  • Act as the primary financial advisor to the Arabia HC BU on SC matters. Provide financial insights and decision support across strategic initiatives, including sourcing network studies, innovation business cases.
  • Build robust financial models and perform DCF analyses and scenario planning.
  • Lead the Cost Agility agenda which tracks end-to-end cost savings for Arabia HC business (Net Productivity, 5S Savings, Cash delivery, Transfer Prices etc.)
  • Manage Arabia HC capital expenditures with HC PTAB engineering and FET team, ensuring strong financial governance, timely approvals, and compliance with investment guidelines and business cases.
  • Partner with the Factory Finance team at the BUL factory (Jeddah) to track factory costs and other initiatives.

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher, CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA or equivalent certification is ideal
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, DCF analysis, and investment appraisal.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
