Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders from guests and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to synchronize order preparation and delivery.
• Attend to guest requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas at all times.
• Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions securely.
• Engage with guests to gain feedback and swiftly address any issues or complaints.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a teamwork-oriented atmosphere.
• Report to management about inventory levels and any supply needs.
• Stay updated on menu offerings, daily specials, and any changes in the menu.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification is a plus.
• Minimum one year of experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
