The role of an Executive Assistant to the CEO is crucial in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. This position involves providing comprehensive support to the CEO by handling a wide array of administrative and executive tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar with impeccable organizational skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring the CEO's schedule is optimized for efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO with attention to detail.
  • Ensure seamless communication and follow-up actions between the CEO and leadership team.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making for the CEO.
  • Facilitate smooth operation of the CEO’s office by managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, agendas, and other documents as required by the CEO.
  • Assist in managing projects and initiatives led by the CEO to achieve strategic goals.
  • Ensure timely responses to emails and other inquiries addressed to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
