Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing the sales strategy for our enterprise-level offerings. This position involves the planning and execution of ambitious sales targets, as well as the management of a talented sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales, demonstrating an ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders and negotiate complex deals. The Enterprise Sales Manager will liaise with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services and to enhance customer satisfaction. They will also analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize the sales approach.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to promote growth and success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities for new market entry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Present sales proposals to prospective clients and negotiate contract terms effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure the high-quality delivery of contracted services.
  • Report regularly on sales forecasts and achieved results to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Attend industry conferences to network and promote the company’s brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
