Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Design engaging and visually appealing email templates using HTML and CSS.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behaviors and demographics for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and accessible across various device types and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality email content and copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and other key elements.
  • Maintain compliance with email regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Track and analyze competitor email marketing strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Integrate email marketing efforts with other digital marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in email marketing and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and design principles for email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and email segmentation strategies for optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
