Document controller Industrial Laboratory

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Industrial Laboratory team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining all laboratory documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across all processes. The Document Controller plays a vital role in supporting regulatory and accreditation standards such as ISO 17025, GMP, and GLP.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control laboratory documents, including SOPs, test methods, calibration records, and quality manuals.
• Ensure strict adherence to version control, access control, and archiving procedures.
• Manage the full document lifecycle: creation, review, approval, distribution, and retirement.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and laboratory personnel to ensure documentation meets internal and external compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular internal audits of the document control system to ensure integrity and readiness for inspections.
• Operate and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Ensure timely updates and controlled dissemination of revised documents to relevant stakeholders.
