Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize conversion rates and sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations that demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in team meetings and offer insights based on customer feedback and sales experiences.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in direct or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach to sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools for reporting purposes.
  • Flexible to work various hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
