Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max software.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize innovative design solutions for projects.

• Ensure all designs meet corporate and project-specific standards and requirements.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and architects to fulfill project objectives.

• Research and integrate the latest design trends and techniques into projects.
• Work efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attend project meetings and present design concepts and progress to the team.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimations and project timelines when necessary.
• Maintain a library of designs for future reference and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max extensively.
• Proven track record of creating detailed CAD drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visualization techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in every project aspect.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software is a plus.
